Dee was invaluable during a recent home renovation. She is so knowledgeable and has a keen eye for detail. She spotted things I missed or hadn’t understood and knew what questions to ask. Her style was non abrasive or pushy and always left me feeling much more in control and understanding of what needed to be done and how. She got along well with my builder, kitchen fitter and other trades. They seemed to treat her respectfully which made me feel they too understood she knew what she was doing. I was so grateful to have had her on my team. It made the process so much easier and headed off a number of potential issues and one quite major flaw that I would have otherwise been unaware of.
